Kaimahi - ARMSS
is safe, supportive and encouraging of people from Maori, Pacifica and CALD communities but is open to all who are experiencing cultural, linguistic, faith and social barriers.
CBST also supports a specialist programme that will be of assistance for the CALD community and run by Aotearoa Refugee and Migrant Support Services (ARMSS) Smart Start programme. We call this Kaimahi - ARMSS.
This programme is funded and supported by the Rata Foundation and the Christchurch City Council. It provides:
- Business Start Ups and Development: If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, Kaimahi-ARMSS and Smart Start Programme will empower you to turn your business ideas into reality. Our experienced mentors and experts will guide you through the process, from creating a solid business plan to securing funding and navigating the complexities of starting a small business.
- Cultural Inclusivity: We value diversity and understand the importance of cultural identity. Kaimahi-ARMSS embraces individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring that you are understood, respected, and supported throughout your journey.
